If you are in a hurry, here is a quick summary of this product:

The Pros

  • All naturall ingredients
  • Good source of antioxidants
  • Affordable

The Cons

  • Ineffective formula as far as joint health goes
  • Potentially risky ingredients

Reuma Art X Strength Analysis Summary

Despite the great customer reviews and high ratings, Reuma Art X Strength underdelivers. Due to all-natural ingredients and rich antioxidative formula, it can benefit your general health and immunity.

However, although it claims to improve joint health and flexibility, the formula doesn’t seem effective. The ingredients it uses – like Stinging nettle – are shown to be good for inflammation in the sinuses, not joints!

There is also no sight of any of the ingredients that the best joint supplements often use – such as glucosamine, chondroitin, turmeric, ginger, and selenium among others. Additionally, Reuma Art X Strength contains some risky ingredients.

All of these make us think Reuma Art X Strength isn’t the best option for your joints and there are better products on the market.

Who Makes Reuma Art X Strength ?

Reuma Art X Strength is produced by a company named Full Life. It was developed over 20 years ago in Costa Rica. Nowadays, Full Life’s headquarters are in Florida, USA.

Full Life is recognized as a growing supplement manufacturer, not only in the U.S. but across the whole world.

It offers a variety of dietary supplements. These include supplements for weight management, hormonal balance, overall health, beauty, and many more. What makes them proud of their products is that they are made with all-natural ingredients.

Ingredients in Reuma Art X Strength

Reuma Art X Strength is a herbal blend that contains a total of 400 mg of active ingredients from different plants. The formula consists of a blended Horsetail herb, Stinging nettle leaf, Garlic bulb, and Celery seeds.

Other than that, the ingredient list doesn’t say much. There is no indication of how much of each ingredient there is, and the exact amounts of active compounds. Unfortunately, this is not a good thing.

Our Commentary on the Ingredients

It’s great that Reuma Art X included only the natural ingredients. However, without thorough information on the chemical composition of each of its active compounds, we cannot say if Reuma Art X Strength is any good.

In our opinion, hiding the real doses and the main active compounds is a major failure of the manufacturer. Considering the reputation of Full Life and their products, we feel disappointed.

Every serious supplement will have its ingredient’s dosages clearly stated on the label. This says that the manufacturer doesn’t try to hide anything from us and that it put maximum effort to provide us with the best formula.

When purchasing a supplement, proprietary blends (hidden individual doses) should always be a red flag. By doing this, the manufacturers often try to hide the ineffective formula and low doses.

We don’t say this is necessarily the case with Life Full’s Reuma Art X Strength. However, it does not offer us much information to work with.

Even if the ingredient doses were disclosed, we would be surprised if this product had any effect on your joints.

Horsetail, Stinging Nettle, Garlic, and Celery are good general health ingredients. They are known to have numerous health benefits such as antioxidative properties, cardiovascular support, and anti-inflammatory effect.

However, other than Stinging Nettle, none of the plants have reported uses for joint degenerative conditions. And even the Stinging Nettle doesn’t hold up that well. Current data doesn’t fully confirm its benefits for treating osteoarthritis.

All of the herbs in Reuma Art X Strength are strong antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. As such, they may have some health benefits. But unfortunately, we don’t see how they could help you restore joint tissue and return flexibility.

If the cause of joint ache is some kind of minor inflammation, Reuma Art X might be of some help due to anti-inflammatory ingredients. However, since it hides all the doses in the proprietary blend, we cannot recommend this supplement as a great option for your joints.

How to Use Reuma Art X Strength

Take two (2) capsules of Reuma Art X Strength, per day, preferably with a meal. Whether you should take them separately or both at once is not stated.

We took them all at once for the convenience’s sake, however, one of our team members also tested taking them separately. They noticed no difference.

Side Effects – Is Reuma Art X Strength Safe?

Reuma Art X Strength contains all-natural ingredients. For most healthy adults, it shouldn’t cause any issues. Some people can be allergic to celery. So, this can lead to an allergic reaction, most likely skin rash.

The ingredient that raises the most our concern is horsetail. Horsetail contains the enzyme thiaminase, which breaks down vitamin B1 (thiamine). Possibly, this means that long-term use could lead to thiamine deficiency.

Due to this problem, some supplements with horsetail have “thiaminase-free” on the label. However, this is not the case with Reuma Art X Strength. There is no indication that it doesn’t contain any thiaminase. Therefore, we recommend caution while using this ingredient in Reuma Art X Strength.

Pricing & Value?

On the official Full Life site, Reuma Art X Strength’s price ranges from $14.99 to $64.99. The cost depends on the bottle size and the number of capsules.

The pack of 20 capsules sells for $14.99, while the 60 capsule bottle costs $34.99, and the 120 capsules $64.99.

Since the serving size is 2 capsules, one month’s supply costs $34.99 (60 capsule bottles).

Other than the official Full Life site, you can buy Reuma Art X Strength on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other well-known retailers.

Final Thoughts on Reuma Art X Strength

Considering the great customer reviews and positive rates on Amazon (4.6 out of 5), we expected a lot more from Reuma Art Strength X. However, from all the seen, Reuma Art underdelivers.

The active ingredients that supposedly should improve your joint health are not displayed, and the herbal ingredients are hidden in proprietary blends. This makes us question the benefits of using Reuma Art X.

The all-natural herbal ingredients could have a minor anti-inflammatory effect and protect you from antioxidative stress. However, we don’t see how they can noticeably improve your joint health. There are no ingredients in Reuma Art X that are proven to reduce joint pain or improve long-range flexibility and function. Therefore, we think there are better options on the market.
